The hotel was ideally located, steps from the Place des Vosges. The room had everything it promised and although not luxurious was absolutely fine. Downstairs areas beautifully furnished and staff polite and efficient.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Nothing ws ever a problem. The hotel itself is very cute and rooms lovely. Great area and close to Metro. ... The only problem with room was lack of bar fridge. Staff were happy to keep things for us in main fridge but having own fridge would be handy. ... A very cute boutique hotel in heart of Marais, close to Metro and close to some great shopping and restaurants. Rooms are small, charming and very comfortable and some with a lovely view. And to top it off- extremely comfortable beds with very cosy quilt and pillows. After long days of sightseeing, I slept blissfully.

We arrived quite late in the day but the young woman was very helpful and got us settled in very nicely. We had one single woman travelling with us and she was on the top floor but the young woman did some adjusting and was able to get our single friend on the same floor as us - right next door. ... We were very pleased with the accomodation - not spacious but very adequate for our needs. Things were clean and well looked after. The staff was very helpful in directing us around the city and finding restaurants for us to try. Breakfast was very good with very nice staff. ... Everything was ready for us and the checkout using visa went quickly and with no problems. ... We have already recommended the hotel to some friends saying it was first of all a great location for the things we wanted to do and see and the hotel itself was very quaint - very clean and the rooms very nice for our needs and very clean which is most important to us.

My room was on the entrance floor, next to the reception and there was a little noise during the early morning hours but it was not a very big problem. ... The bathroom was better than I expected and it seems that the hotel has invested in it. Maybe they can try and upgrade the rooms a little bit, to fit the quality level of the bathroom ( for example bed sheets and blankets were clean but a bit old.) ... The neighbourhood was very good, with lots of shops and nice locations nearby. Transportation was very easy as the hotel was very close to St.Paul and Hotel de Ville metro stations.
