• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our traditional continental breakfast is not included in the rates.
  You can have it in your bedroom or in the the breakfast-room between 7 and 11 am.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish, Italian, Arabic and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and a lift to reach all rooms.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet rooms on the courtyard if you want.
  On the top floor our bedrooms are very cosy as they have great views over the city.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Free air-conditioning in all the hotel.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask to the reception to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport (19 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is on the Boulevard de l'Opera, 50 meters far from the hotel.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare Saint Lazare (800 meters).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Opera subway stop is 100 meters far from the hotel (lines n.8, 7 and 3).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome (extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No restaurant in our hotel, but the district is plenty of dining facilities!
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your modem in your bedroom and surf on Internet. The connection in your bedroom is free of charge.
