• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is an extra so never included. It is the continental classic French breakfast (croissant, french baguette, cereals, juice, jam, honey, butter, yogurt, cheese, biscuits, hot drink).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You may settle whenever you want. An imprint of your credit card will be asked for upon arrival.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italia, Spanish, Arabian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  1st building: 5 floors with elevator.
  2nd building overlooking the patio: 1 floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms 12 - 22 - 32 - 42 - 52 are very cosy rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are 15 rooms overlooking the patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two rooms have a small balcony: you can see the roofs of Paris.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are so few rooms that we cannot afford no smoking rooms but we take good care for non smokers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Tv, and we can have Europort in English, the Italian Channel RAI, a Portugal channel, French channels and CNN.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We don't have air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There's a Public parking at 150 meters from hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Montparnasse railway station (5 minutes by foot).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  To the airport: reservation is made by reception.
  From the airport: guests have to make the reservation by themselves.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Vavin station (n°91).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montparnasse railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Vavin station : 1 minute by foot. Cross boulevard raspail, facing you, walk on Rue Brea and 1st sreet on your right is rue Jules Chaplain.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, with the telephone plug.
