• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/suite.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included ine the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, Russian and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  7 floors and two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are very quiet and romantic (a lot of them with a four poster bed).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have a little balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV in all our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in all rooms free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  High speed internet access (plug and play) in all rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking is available in rue de Ponthieu. Valet Parking available. 30 Euros per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Charles de Gaulle international aiport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private transfert is available on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Georges V on the Avenue des Champs Elysées.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare Saint Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Subway stop Georges V on the Avenue des Champs Elysées. Go down the Avenue des Champs Elysées and turn left in rue de Berri. (3 minutes by feet)
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Fitness center just facing the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No restaurant but a room service with a seasonal a la carte dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Of course.
