• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included. With an extra cost guests can have American buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Rumenian, French and Arab.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and there is 1 lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, but we can try to give you a room where nobody has smoked.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in every room (23 channels), cable, canal +.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, There is Wi-Fi connection in the hotel and we can lend you a PC if you do not have your own.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No but there is one 100 metres away.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reception. In any case there is a car rental in Rue Berri.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly or Charles de Gaulle.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange it but it is advisable to take the bus.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Charles de Gaulle-Etoile, Bassano, George V.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Depending where you want to go. In any case the hotel is very well communicated with all the stations in Paris.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Kleber, George V or Charles de Gaulle-Etoile.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small animals on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
