  The building has 6 floors. Lift to all floors.

  Rooms are quiet (soundproofed), decor is related to Paris 18th century charm and elegance in the time of Beaumarchais (original documents, antiques).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  6 rooms have a balcony and a small terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  6 rooms: 2nd, 5th and 6th floor have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
