  The price is per room.

  Breakfast is included. Cold buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Turkish, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors + the 9th floor with terrace. There are 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but some of our rooms have a small and private balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The hotel is partially air conditionned, and there is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We provide WI-FI connection at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, in front of the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you to rent through an indipendent agency.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There are pickup services at the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Martyrs stop, in front of the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du Nord.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Anvers station just a short walk from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small ones.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
