  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Fromt he st of January 2006 you have to pay an extra charge for pur continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors and 1 lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, most of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one of the rooms is equipped with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, there are 4 rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the ground floor.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not at the hotel but there is a private parking nearby (50 meters).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly or CDG.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we book you a taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus 62 (30 mters away).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare Saint Lazare or Gare de Lyon.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Concorde (50 meters).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, with your own laptop.
