The gentleman checking us in was very helpful and when the extra mile to assist us with turning in our rental car locally, finding a good place to eat close by, and providing shuttle service to the airport.

On arrival I was met by my contact, Mary, who was most helpful in her limited English. Everything was in order and the room upgraded.

My stay at the Cactus Hotel was as good as anticipated with the added surprise of better accommodation than expected. The staff were polite and helpful and in particular my contact Mary, helpful in her limited English. My only comment to add to the site is that it is not suitable for disabled (as far as i could see) there being no lift for access to the 3 floors. Would stay there again.

I dont believe there is any advice to disabled travellers about there being no lift. This should be included.
