• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11.30am, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price. It is a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are perfectly soundproof, quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with international channels in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but we do have wi-fi connection in the guestrooms as well as the common areas.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, off-street parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport (20 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

  The nearest bus stop is in "Rue Rome", 100 metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Gare St.Lazare", 800 metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground station is "Europe" (lines n. 3).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can with your own laptop (wi-fi connection).
