"Should a client cancel his/her reservation, the following fees will be due : Any cancellation that occurs less than 48 hours from the expected arrival date : no penality In case of cancellation between 48hours and check in day : 1st night will be charged In case of a No-Show at the Hotel: 100% of the total cost of the stay, including all services purchased upon reservation."
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
