  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Guests can settle the hotel bill at any moment they need.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and 2 elevators in the hotel.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet with sound proof windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the rooms on the fifth floor are with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, there are TV cable Channels in all the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in summer and central heating in winter free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Wi-Fi accessible any where in the hotel by credit card and an internet station at the lobby with coins.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is an underground public parking at 5 minutes walking distance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are a few in the area.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport is at 30 minutes, Charles De Gaule airport is at 40 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The hotel can arrange a pickup on request with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is avenue Marceau.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Saint-Lazare is the nearest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  GEORGE V metro station is at 100 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size without charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Only for breakfast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes from all the rooms guests can connect their modem to the telephone directly or they can use the Wi-Fi.
