  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, Continental breakfast is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, full prepayment is requested upon check in. This helps for a faster check-out.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English, Spanish and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Our hotel has 4 floors and there is an elevator available.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Our rooms are very well soundproof and calm and privacy are guaranteed.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do. All our rooms are non-smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, each room is provided with a TV but with French channels only.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do have an Internet point in the lobby/reception area.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is an underground parking 150 metres from our hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    There are many rental agencies in our district.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Charles de Gaulle is the nearest (30 minutes by taxi, 45 minutes by RER).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Pick up service on request (extra charge).
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus/metro stop is Anvers, found on metro line 2 and is situated 150 meters from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest stations are Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est (about 5 min. by metro).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Anvers is the nearest subway stop situated at 150 meters from the hotel (2 minute walk).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
