The room was acceptable and as advertised. The only complaint would be the noise level from the adjoining room. They were relatively qiute but we could still hear conversations and their TV. ... Front desk very helpful. My wife became ill and the staff located a Doctor and arrainged for the Dr. to be at the hotel within the hour - on a holiday. Thanks to the Belfast for excellent service.

I think you should offer better rate if we are regulars so that we can patronize your hotel. As we come to Paris very often for work we would appreciate if this is done. ... No ... Very convenient and comfortable to stay.

Rooms are very small, which is not a problem as long as one is informed of this in advance ... Need to advise that kettles and tea/coffee are not available in the rooms, but only from the kitchen. This is really the only negative comment that I have. It would be nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee available in the room. ... Nice, clean, neat, very small rooms, but very well situated for all types of travel around Paris and to and from the airports.

The breakfast provided is poor. The mode of service is poor. The lift was out of action for part of each day I was there. I had been given a 'room with a view' which turned out to be a euphamism for an attic room wherein leaning out of a small window secured a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe! I had to walk up to this sixth floor due to no lift. No rebate offered. £100 a night was expensive for what was provided. ... The standard of the inferior rooms should be made clear. These rooms are quite basic. The room I had (269) had no airconditioning at night ( should have been but was not working) extortionate mini bar (12Euro for a Scotch miniature) ... Nothing to recommend at Hotel Belfast.

I first stayed at the Belfast 20 years ago and probably stayed there 30 times until 2001. This is the first time I have been back since 2001 and I found it wonderfully (almost) unchanged - Thank you

Hotel Belfast is located quite near the Air France bus stop (line 2) and this is a great convenience for travelers who are not familiar with Paris. ... The hotel was exactly as we expected and the staff were always friendly, well informed, and accomodating. All of our expectations were surpassed. ... Efficient ... I am not sure that these comments are on the web site, however I appreciated: 1. The ease of getting to and from Charles de Gaulle/Roissy airport. 2. The excellent nearby restaurants, markets, and cafes. 3. The central location with respect to Metro and bus service. ... With no hesitation, I would recommend that they stay at the Hotal Belfast.

Always enjoy the stay at the Belfast! ... Lift is too small. ... Perfect location. Right by Air France Bus stop. A typically European experience, and a must for travellers to Paris (muich better than any sterile modern hotel).

The air conditioning did not work the first two nights, so I didn't get much sleep. They were having it worked on when we arrived, and it wasn't functional until the third night. They did provide a fan for the third night, and also moved us to a different room where the a/c did work, so we did sleep on night three. ... The people here in general were VERY nice to us. The breakfast room was also nice, albiet a bit pricey. ... Staff helpfulness is outstanding. ... Homey, but perfectly located. Less than two blocks from the Arc.

I had stated on the form that I required rooms with showers. However the voucher stated the room with the bath which was more expensive and did not have a shower. The hotel were able to sort this when I called them. ... I'm not sure if the rooms with the bath would have been better. The rooms that were allocated were exteremely small and had not been decorated for a very long time. The decor looked gruby and dirty although the gruby look may have created the perception that it was dirty. ... We payed less than stated on the voucher due to being quoted for the room with a bath. We payed exactly what was quoted for the room with the bath. In relation to value for money the hotel was in a brilliant location and was therfore not thaqt expensive for tha area. ... No frills place to get your head down at the end of a hard day site seeing. Not a hotel you would want to spend a great deal of time in.

We had a flight delay and the manager was very understanding. The hotel was conveniently located from the airport shuttle - less than a block to walk with our luggage. ... Convenient location for sightseeing - we could see the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe from our balcony. Breakfast was a good value in a lovely, intimate setting. ... We loved staying in a small hotel where we felt that we were known personally rather than an anonymous visitor. ... See comments above. ... The hotel was charming. The staff made us feel at home. The location is ideal for sightseeing and for access to transportation. We would definitely choose the Hotel Belfast again for a Paris visit.

The people at Hotel Belfast were wonderful. They gave us service above and beyond what we expected. Our luggage had been lost and they bent over backward to make sure we got it delivered from the airport in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who takes a vacation in Paris. It is also one of the best located hotels in the city, in my opinion! ... Charming, wonderful atmosphere and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view of Arc de Triomphe!

I was early and my room was no quite ready, but I was told that it would be ready soon and I could leave my luggage if I wanted. I was also shown two rooms and given my choice. ... none ... Hotel Belfast was a lovely, quaint hotel. It gave me the 'feel' I hoped and expected from Paris. The location was convenient to the sites I wanted to see. The staff was friendly and eager to hep with directions to area attractions.

The hotel is close to the RER and Air France buses. Great! ... They sell Air France bus passes for the trip to CDG airport. This was a great benefit for me that I didn't know about before arriving.

I'm glad you asked since I was considering writing to you anyway to express our pleasure. On arrival, there was a new clerk - a young lady - who was so very polite and helpful. My wife and I commented on this excellent reception at the time. ... We stayed there before and it was just as we expected. The hotel was very clean; smaller rooms are to be expected and are the norm. Although on a busy street it was very quiet. ... The prices were comparable to other facilities. We checked out at a busy time of the day and everything went very smoothly. ... The location is central - near the Metro. The airport bus to CDG is just out front and convenient.
... Yes - it was recommended to us and certainly a better value than the other four hotels we have used in the past. Our experience was excellent - it was our second time staying there. We'll use it again.

No ... Well located, traditional Parisian hotel. Building about 120 years old, many updates. Rooms, relatively small as one would expect for an older hotel. Bathrooms, superb. Elevator, creaky, but sufficient. Breakfast, excellent.

The triple bedroom was a bit too small. In fact, the third bed was not really a bed but simply an open sofa-bed. If we had known that in advance, we would have booked two double rooms. Apart from that, the stay at the hotel was very pleasureful. The staff was always willing to help and attentive. ... See comment above.

My friend checked out for one day and got a better room with a better price upon her return. ... The web site made it seem a bit better. The room size was very smalland crowded for two adults. ... Pretty good accomodations, in a good location, but a bit expensive. Ona the Metro line.

Breakfast is very bad: baguette with coffee -- and we have to pay for that?
Also checkout was not great: person was confused with the paperwork
I asked the receptionist to order a cab for us to go to the train station at a given time (i required one to take 4 people)... she forgot to do it, and it caused serious problems.
The elevator is obsolete and doesnt instill confidence. Although it stated that it could take three people -- the alarm went off with three people on board ... see above ... I think the staff should have access to better info for tourists... we asked about a few basic things, and your staff couldnt help. The hotel displays tourist tour booklets, yet they werent able to answer much about this, and they even provided wrong info. ... OK place, good location -- strange name (Belfast?? generally known as dull gray city in N.Ireland).

The accomidations (the room) was worse than the pictures, but the reception and everything else looks exacly as the web. ... As the room was not exacly as the web it was a little drawback, but it in all I am satisfied and pleased. As the price was the old price on the sign in the room, a got the old price, even though I new the new price, nice touch. ... Very good located, and servicemined personal. But lower roomstandard than we are used to in sweden (shower/washroom standard).

With regards to the accomodation I had presumed that I would be getting a double bed but instead we got 2 single beds pushed together. The receptionist explained that they didnt have double beds in the Hotel in rooms which had balconies and I specifically looked for a room viewing l'Arc de Triomphe. So I cant really complain on that. ... The fact that there was no bar in the Hotel I know each room had a mini bar but its not the same ... A nice clean quite Hotel where staff are courteous and is located right in the heart of Paris.
