• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included. It is a continental french breakfast (croissant, baguette).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish, German, Polish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors in the hotel and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are private and romantic rooms, facing the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have a balcony on the fifth floor with a view on the roofs of Paris.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Flat screen LCD Television with satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Wi-Fi system if you have your own computer, or in the lobby a computer is at your disposal.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are 3 public parkings available near the hotel. The nearest one is located Boulevard des Batignolles in front of the metro station "Rome"
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport or in any train stations.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In the North of Paris: Charles de gaulle/Roissy;
  In the South of Paris: Orly
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a pick up at the airport with a private company at an extra charge from 1 to 4 persons (no extra charges for luggages).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus stop: Place de Clichy: line 95, 30, 68, 54, 80, 74, 81.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare du Nord or Gare Saint Lazare.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro station is "Place de Clichy" located at 50 meters . From the station take the boulevard des Batignolles and then take the first street on the right: rue Lecluse.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are, but at an extra charge for pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your laptop computer in your room and get interent free access throught the WI-Fi system.
