• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Beakfast is not included in the price, and it is a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You may settle the bill whenever you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French depanding on the person on duty.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are ground floor + 5 floors, there is a small elevator that can take up to 2 persons maximum.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms feel fresh colorfull and gay. Some rooms are on the courtyard on the flowery patio. The junior suite has a little lounge, and it is maybe a little bit more romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms are on the courtyard on the flowery patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms do not have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The rooms are not especially non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have TV with Canal+ and international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the room have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is a seasonal air conditioning. There is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do not have an Internet point in the Hotel. There is WiFi if you have your own computer. There are many Internet point nearby the Hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We do not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are many private car parks nearby the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The best is to rent a car at the train station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly and Charles de Gaulle, are aproximately at the same distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a pickup service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus 20-29-65-96 / stop: Filles du Calvaire.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord, Gare d'Austerlitz.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Filles du Calvaire/line 8 or Oberkampf/line 5.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do not have a fitness center, but there is a Club Med Gym nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  The pets are welcome. There is no charge for our little friends.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We do not have a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We have Wi-Fi in all the Hotel.
