It's a beautiful and clean hotel. And it's near 'rue de lappe' a very beautiful street in the night, especially for young people, full of restaurant, pub and people from all over the world!

price on web site was wrong !
Hotel tryed to charge double the web site cost.
they did let me pay the web site price.
Hotel and staf was very nice.

After our first night we returned to an unserviced room @ 4:30 PM - we notified the clerk who sent the maid immediately. I read on a review site this sometimes happened at this hotel, so I clearly stated my expectation the room be serviced each day.

When I arrived, my room wasn't finished due to repairs. The receptionist wasn't aware of that, but gave me after a short while a new room for one night. The next night I got the room I had booked.

One night there was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. This was fixed the next day.

There was a mistake on the bill (right amount, wrong specification), which was quicklyt fixed by the receptionist.

We asked for one double and one twin room, and got two twin rooms. We were initially given the key of a room which was occupied. There was no lavatory paper in one of the rooms.

The rooms on the front of the hotel on the higher floors got the noise of traffic all night.

Gives a good spectra of diffretiated hotels and prices. Perhaps you could offer one or two extra 2-stars hotels. I think it was only BdL? Many people as me and my friend appreciates good, clean, quiet and well located hotels. Many times it is enough with a 2-stars hotel. In a town like Paris you are only staying for sleeping at the hotel.

I would really recomend it because it has the qualities I mentioned above. Plus a good, friendly and helpful staff.

Exactly as on the website, in an excellant location, incredibly handy to public transport and short walking distance to good cafes, restaurants, and shopping and musuem areas. even the left abnk is only a 15 - 20 min stroll. The staff were very friendly, spoke good English and encouragingly tolerated my bad French. For a 2 Star hotel it wa excellent vlue and we will definetely stay again.

It's a really nice hotel, comfortable in all services (room, bathroom, brakfast) and with a inner atmospheare..just ten minuts walking from the hearth of the city..and it's not so expensive..just try it!!

Although the hotel is ina narrow side street rooms overlooking the street are surprisingly noisy, which doesn't particularly bother me as I can sleep through anything but might bother some people.

This hotel was relatively inexpensive compared with other hotels of comparable quality. The staff were friendly and the room clean. The room and bed were small, but good for a place just to store one's things while one goes out and about Paris. The neighborhood was good, with convenient stores and restaurants with diverse ethinic cuisine.
