No problem and confortable. ... We couldn't open the windows fully because beds were in the way. So we pushed the beds toward the wall which is opposite to window. Then we got a cool breeze and fresh air. ... The price is appropriate. (Many hotels in Paris are too expensive) ... Positive. Water suplly was very good. Sometimes Hotels in Paris don't have good water supply, like can't use hot water, or don't have enough water. We even could make instant noodles(what is called 'cup noodle' in Japan) with the hot water of the faucet. ... The convenient hotel in wonderful location which is fair value for money. Though it's not very wide, the room was cute and lovely. I thik it's usuful hotel, especially the water supply is excellent.

I had e-mailed hotel to find out how to get there from Orly but they did not respond. ... Rooms are not spacious but they are fair for the price. Beds are comfortable enough for the price in a good location of Paris. ... subway access to airports is convenient if it is not raining so long as people are able to carry bags up and down stairs ... clean safe and quiet at a convenient location in Paris at a reasonable price (so long as you are not needing a big or really comfortable bed or a spacious room). we will stay there again.

Our voucher stated a Double bed but our room was equipped with two twins. We didn't ask to change, but I think that they should of looked at this parameter. ... The hotel was in a great location, which was very helpful because after one day of our stay, the strike started and it was really tough to get around the city. Luckully, the Hotel is situated in a very central place, although we had to walk a lot to see most of things in Paris. Also, the staff was very helpful in assisting us to find a car to rent, for our last two days of stay, so that we could get to Disney and to the airport. ... Very polite, we were very sad about leaving. They made us feel at home. Thanks! ... Great choice, I would stay then again any time!

everyone was really nice... I was kind of nervous because it was my first time traveling to another country and I was alone.. but I got there just fine. The hotel was really cute, the room was small, but it was very clean and very comfortable. The receptionist was very nice to me, I was so out of it from travelling and couldn't speak french very well and she was very polite and helpful. ... The neighborhood was really a great one.. fun to explore and very safe. ... They were helpful and called a taxi for me. ... a really cute hotel, with very friendly people.. located in the best neighborhood in Paris!

They do not arrange for airport shuttle or excursions. ... It was not noisy and had a lovely balcony with french doors. Bathroom was very nice and had a shower but no tub... you need to dry your hair at the dresser as no outlets are in the bathroom. I think all my needs were met. ... Fine...received a wake up call....They even allowed me to check out the night prior to. ... Elevator is self service and small...so luggage should be very limited. ... Great Location

Nearest Metro was Odeon which is 9 stops from Gare Du Nord and easy for Eurostar travellers. ... Breakfast was basic and not great value for the 10 Euro charge, and therefore used the facilities only once and sought alternatives outside for the reminder of stay. ... Was able to use the luggage room in the hotel whilst waiting for a later Eurostar train. ... Good, comfortable basic hotel in a lively, young area, near all the main attractions of Paris.

The Grand Hotel des Balcons was charming and clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate. The staff very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My daughter and I were especially pleased with the location. The room was a little stuffy during the night and we weren't able to sleep with the window open because of street noise off and on during the night. Never the less, I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
