• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet or continental breakfast is served between 7am and 10am.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet, private, non smoking, romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them do have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Tv in all rooms with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone with direct dialling in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Wireless internet acces is available in all the rooms.
  Connection cards are sold.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Underground public parking is available at the School of Medecine Parking lot which is open 24h/24.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Paris airports. The nearest agency is Avis at the Saint Sulpice Church underground public p.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Orly airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have, but we can arrange a taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Odeon or Luxembourg bus lines are : 58, 63, 70, 82, 84, 85, 86, 87, 96.
  St-Germain and St-Michel bus lines are : 21, 24, 27, 38, 58, 95.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montparnasse railway station on the left bank,
  Gare de Lyon on the right bank.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro stop is Odéon, the nearest RER station is LUuxembourg.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
