  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check in from 1pm.
    Check out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The breakfast in not included. It is either a buffet breakfast with a large choice of cereals, cheese, bread, fruit juices, Yogourts, ...
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes it is possible. But you might need to come back before checking out for phone calls or differents extras.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Spanish, Italian, and a bit of French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have 7 floors and 1 lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    With our sound proof windows, all the rooms a quiet. But we still have the choice between the street side and the courtyard side rooms. Our more romantic room is a Duplex on the last floor with a terrace and a large corner bath.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    We have 2 duplex (from 1 to 4 persons) with a real private terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they have not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we have a non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, all rooms have satellite TV with International channels as CNN or Eurosports.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, dial 0 for the outside line (and 9 for help).
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, it is free of charge. It is working in accordance with the weather.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    You can receive e-mail directly on the hotel address. You can use the Internet access in the lobby (charged) or use your own computer in the room.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is a public car park near the hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car in 151 rue Faubourg Poissonnière (5 minutes walk).
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    It takes about the same time from Orly and Roissy (depend of the traffic).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can arrange a transfert from the hotel to the airport (charged).
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Closed to the hotel you can take 8 different lines.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The nearest subway stop is "Grands Boulevards". Take the rue du Faubourg Montmartre and the rue de Montyon is the second on the right (2 minutes).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, we have many restaurants arround the hotel. Our staff will be very happy to help you to choose.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes. We have a brand new telephone system and connecting plus directly on the desk of your room (nearby the 2 electric plugs we add for your computer itself and for your mobile phone). Nothing to unplug: it is ready for you.
