By car
From the A1 highway, exit at Porte de la Chapelle , then get on the west ring road ( Périphérique Ouest ) and exit at Porte Maillot . Keep on Avenue de la Grande Armée until Place de l'Étoile ( Arc de Triomphe ) and head down Champs Élysées avenue until Place de la Concorde . By train
