This was our second visit and we have found the staff, and in particular the people on reception, very pleasant, friendly and did their best to make sure we enjoyed our time with them.

I found the Arvor Staint-Georges to be very good. The best benefit was that it was a minute walk from the metro station (green line).

The person was well prepared and with all the information on hand

The only issue was that there were not enough power supplies for some uses, for example my cell or laptop, etc. There was only one in the washroom with was uncofortable to use in many cases

As a very nice place, well located, very close to a metro station and walking distance from major places like the Opera. Seems to be a safe place whoever we never walked by ourself later than midnight.

Staff were very welcoming and allowed us access to our room, even though we arrived at lunchtime several hours in adavnce of stated check-in time.

Accomodation and attitude of staff couldn't have been bettered. They quad room was large, clean and well-presented, the staff always very attentive and helpful. The Hotel's location was good. All in all the experience was excellent considering we were a little doubtful about staying in Paris with a relatively young family beforehand. It is now something we would definitely consider in the future and it is very likely to be at this Hotel. My wife has already recommended this Hotel to a friend who we believe has now booked to stay there shortly. Please pass on these comments and our thanks to the Hotel

Slight problem in that we had hoped to settle the bill by Mastercard but because we couldn't recall the card PIN number the receptionist was unable to process our payment in the coventional way 'swiping' and signing for it. No to worry !

I'd emphasis what good (and I assume fairly rare for Paris) room sizes this Hotel offers, particularly good for a family.

I enjoyed my stay in Hotel Arvor. The room is clean, spacious and quiet. I can even see part of Eiffel Tower from the window in my room.

The map provided online is terrible; very difficult to read because the scale and colours used mean that the map does not print out well. Also the information is crammed on the page.

Quite central - easy to walk around central Paris, metro very close and easy to use. the Hotel is quiet, friendly staff. Bit expensive, but likely comparable to other hotels with such a convenient location. The room was unfortunately a bit warm, not sure what it might be like in the midst of summer. Overall, very favourable.

We were a little tired from our overnight train travel from Venice and although we had no trouble finding our way by metro to Saint-Georges...we did get a little lost finding our way to the hotel. A better map from the metro to the hotel would have been beneficial as all the streets start to look the same when you are sleep deprived!!

The close proximity to the metro and the convienice of travel to tourist sights. As Canadians (with no subway experience)we were a little worried about metro travel. However the hotel is so close to the metro (includeing Gare de Nord - which we took to the airport)that we were amazed how great/inexpensive/convienient it was. Hotel Arvor's location to the metro was a tremendous bonus for our family of four.

this is the second time that we have stayed at Hotel Arvor St Georges and have enjoyed our stay both times. It is a very welcoming hotel with friendly staff and very pleasant rooms.

The taxi was late arriving to take us to the airport but the receptionist telephoned on our behalf, without us asking, to find out why it was late.

I'm not sure if it says on the web site that the family rooms have two separate bedrooms, which is very useful to know.

Strenghts: I very much appreciated the fact that the 4 people room was actually divided in two rooms.
Weaknesses: No bedside light for the single beds only two cups for the tea-making machine. WC and bathroom definitely too far one from each other!
