We were very impressed with the hotel in general, it's location, facilities etc.

The hotel was well located and above our expectations for Paris. We stayed in some very nice 5 star hotels on this trip, but the Artus was just as good. Sanjay the Concierge was a credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were compact but well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Location on the left bank excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The first night we had to stay in a very small room, with no windows to daylight. Second night we were moved to a better room. The first room's value was nowhere near to its price.
