We were on the 6th floor and in Paris the top floor usually has low ceilings. Also there was no light in the hallway. There were also smokers on our floor even though it was a non smoking floor and a very small hotel. On a positive note, the service personnel were extremely polite and helpful, the room and hotel were kept very clean and neat and it was centrally located to the metro and all main attractions. ... We would definitely stay at this hotel again; however, we would make sure our room was on a lower floor and not the top floor. ... Very close to the opera, the metro, the Louve' and a large tourism center. Also the location of the hotel was surrounded by some of the best Asian restaurants I've ever eaten in. ... Very Paris, very clean, small, conveniently located and absolutely a great value in Paris.

The directions were a bit unclear. We had been on 2 planes for about 12 hours and there are 2 streets with similar names very close to each other. We called the hotel and asked for directions and the person we spoke to couldn't give us directions. After 20-30 minutes of walking around we found it. The person that greeted us was polite and told us our 'perfect room' was waiting for us. ... The rooms were clean. Our first room was on the top floor. The elevator is tiny, and 4 people are supposed to fit in...which is hardly the case. The bathroom in our first room was tiny, the walls of the bathroom were inclined, and the little 'telephone' style shower was at about my waist. I had to sit down to be able to take a shower. It didn't even have a door, so the bathroom was completely wet. The AC was not at all what we Americans expect from AC. It was cold when you entered the room but after about an hour it was very hot. We had to sleep with our windows open. When we spoke to the receptionist about the situation she said she was going to try to help us, because that bathroom style 'worked for some people and not for others'. She couldn't change us that night, so to check the next morning. We did not sleep that night. My husband spoke to the Manager, a blonde lady, that when told we would leave the Hotel agreed to change our rooms. We were shown 2 different rooms from which to choose, the bathrooms were bigger, had somekind of door and the AC seemed to work. We stayed at the hotel because the location is great, but we had to sleep with the windows open every night. It seemed as if at night they would turn the AC off.
... Helpful, called us a good taxi. ... The description says the hotel has Wireless Internet. Well, how it works is that you have to buy a card and pay for the service. Its not a complimentary service, so perhaps this should be mentioned in the website. ... Cute clean hotel. Great location. No AC. Hot (as in temperature)

Very easy to access from CDG airport via the Roussy Bus to Opera. ... A good mid-range hotel, easy to reach from CDG airport, and with good access to tourist attractions.

a bit noisy at night because it's located in a busy area, i didn't mind it though. ... very accessible. comfortable. the staff are kind enough. quite recommendable.
