I would not say that the Amarante was spacious but you could tell from the website pictures that it wouldn't be so this did not worry us at all.

The hotel was very well located for tourists because the metro station was very close and it was on the same line as the Musee D'Orsay, Louvre and Eiffel Tower. The Arc D'Triomphe is also about a 20 minute walk away. The hotel rooms themselves are not huge but are very nicely decorated, extremely clean and have quite a French ambience. We stayed with three children so had two adjoining rooms which worked very well. The bathrooms were especially nice (and roomy) and contained a bath, which is important for young children. The addition of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms would make this hotel great. We all slept very well.

The hotel was in excellent location and very close to metro stations and many other monuments. The staff guided us very well which made easy for us to explore paris. The room was very neat and quite big and the washroom was also very neat , had a bathtub in mine. The room service was also very quick and good.
But the breakfast was not value for money. Would definetly prefer this hotel on my next visit.

The motorcoach dropped us off a block and a half from the hotel. We had to drag our suitcases all the way to the hotel... there were 40 of us in the street and sidewalks. It was quite an ordeal, and not a good way to start our visit. But once there, the staff was very accommodating. Our room was very large, the same with the bathroom. We were very pleased.

The air-conditioning was not as good as it could have been. Many of the other guests complained about it also. If one didn't move around too much, and just sat still, it wasn't too bad, but that is a little difficult to do when trying to dress to go out to sight-see in Paris. bathrooms were very, very warm.

Breakfasts were very good, kept us going for all of the sight-seeing that we did. We didn't stop for a lunch break until later in the afternoon. Food was quite delicious. On our last night, we asked a staff member at the desk for a restaurant suggestion... his suggestion was right around the corner... and it was small, romantic, and just right for our last night in Paris. Merci.
