Room had two bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a bathtub and handheld shower that you had to kneel to use. ... For Paris the room was good value for money, but expensive compared to similar Australian rooms ... very small elevator, but at least there was one ... Good location for catching the underground. Lots of tourist restaurants close by - better to go further afield to truely experience French food

Excellent will certainly use again ... Rooms a little small but only to be expected in a central hotel in a capital city. Would be nice if shower heads were higher over bath and a curtain installed so water does not flood the bathroom ... excellent ... Centrally located easy access to metro. Clean tidy with very friendly and helpful staff

You might mention that it's a Best Western hotel. Americans would be interested in that. ... Convenient for Eurostar travellers, comfortable enough.

Had requested the use of the breakfast room as had a series of interviews planned. Initially this was not possible as the room was being inspected - this was a disappointing as it meant I had to interview in the reception area. Also this area was not air conditioned which resulted in a very uncomfortable experience!! ... No air conditioning the reception areas. ... Average - not great. Not sure I would recommend.

Very friendly and helpful! ... Very helpful on checkout; were able to store bags until required. ... Great position to get around Paris and France due to the close proximity of Nord and Est Stations, friendly and helpful people. Breakfast nice! Rooms clean and easy on the eye!

I think you can make it clearer just how close to Gare du Nord station it it - a selling point for some, but not for all (good from my point of view) ... I already have persuaded a friend that next time he should also stay there - and he agreed.

One of the aircon unit was not working properly. We informed the staff on duty & she replied that the aircon had been checked the week before.. still she would ask her colleague to check for us later.. however no assistance was received. ... The hotel is very near to Gare du Nord station & is convenient. There are many eateries nearby such as chinese food & wine & bars.
