A very nice hotel indeed, the street is a bit noisy but as I had requested, I had a calm room on the 6th floor.
The room was very nice, I have nothing to complain. I think the price/quality ratio is good, considering how terribly expensive the hotels are in Paris.

Practical situation when coming to Paris in Montparnasse station, and good underground connections, nice single room, good price/quality ratio, nice market on a nearby street on Saturdays.
