The rooms were smaller than expected; and the hotel reception also; it is difficult to have a correct perception from the marketing photos

We actually were offered a junior suite for a
small additional charge which we gladly accepted.
The stay was very nice and the location is
superb. My compliments to their staff.

is no charge.

A pleasant and quiet hotel with good facilities
and an excellent location. The staff is very
pleasant, most of them speak English for those
needing it and there is a pleasant lobby with
free internet available. WiFi is available in
the rooms for the prevailing nominal charge.

We booked a twin room with an additional bed. On arrival, the receptionist said they had a problem with the room but offered us a junior suite (no extra for the first night but 20 euro for the further two nights). The additional bed had three sections of missing slats so my sister did not have a good nights sleep. She informed the receptionist who arranged for another bed to be installed. Apart from this incident the hotel was very nice. The breakfast room and food was lovely.

Rooms are very 'tired'
Bathroom door didn't close
Missing light globes so room was very dark
THIS HOTEL NEEDS UPDATING.
I have stayed here at least 10 times & it gets 'shabbier' each time.

We had a suite which was very average.
I would hate to see what a standard room
is like

Great Location.
HOTEL ROOMS NEED RENOVATING.
Unlike a lot of Left Bank Hotels they will
accept 1 night stays.

I did not stay at hotel ...they had no record of my reservation...this was very inconvenient for me and my family...i need to hear back from you telling me that i was not charged for this fraudulent activity...i am going to report your website to the appropriate authorities if i do not hear from you.
